We were assigned two partners at the Rancho Bernado Inn this
morning at 7:04. Gary chipped in on the first hole, and I had a long shot out
of a bunker that landed on the green. I think they were wondering what they had
gotten themselves into. However over time things sorted themselves out, and
though Gary and I played reasonably well, we weren’t making spectacular shots
every hole.
Both guys were friendly and fun. The day was sunny, the
course was in great shape, and I only hit one ball in the water. It was a good
day.
