Carmel Mountain Ranch Golf course, which winds through a
housing track, twists and turns up and over hills. There is water around
several holes, and sloppy shot making is not recommended. Today Gary Vernon and
I teed off at 6:10. We had the course to ourselves for the three hours it took
to play our round. We had some good holes and some bad. So goes golf.
