A few nights ago Vicki and I saw “The Revenant”, the new
Leonardo DiCaprio movie about a trapper in Montana and the Dakotas. The movie
was filmed in twelve locations under the most trying conditions.
I liked the movie, but at times wished it had moved along
faster. Leonardo DiCaprio did a great job both acting and dealing with the
harsh environments in which the film was made. He has already won several awards
for his performance.
The scenery in the movie is striking, and the cinema
photography is outstanding. The movie is violent but realistic.
