In 1976 I was standing in a checkout line in a Safeway in Palm Springs. There were two guys in line behind me. One was flipping a can of Bud in the air while talking to his friend. Both were dressed informally and looked like a couple of buddies hanging out. At one point Arnold Palmer caught his can of Bud and put it on the counter to check out.
